Epidemiological studies have contributed to the knowledge of the history of CHD releated to the nutritional status and dietary paterns of people which may result in the risk of CHD (1-5).
These studies have demonstrated the importance of the relationship between excess saturated fat consumption and elevated cholesterol levels. Reducing the consumption of dietary saturated fat and cholesterol is the cornerstone of population based approaches to the manangement of hypercholesterolemia.
In Turkey, CHD is the first five leading causes of mortality which represents 43 % of total deaths (5). This problem has recently been studied in Turkey by Onat et al and Mahley et al. with two epidemiological studies (6, 8). According to the these studies and to the new one TEKHARF - Cohort 2000 (9), the mean cholesterol levels in Turkish population are relatively low (average 180-182 mg/dL) but at least 8 billion people have cholesterol levels above 200 mg/dL. However triglyceride levels are high (> 151 mg/dL about 25 %) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)(males 34-38 mg/dL, females 37-45 mg/dL) levels are extremely low (9).
Mahley et al (7, 8) reported that the low level of HDL-C in Turkish people is releated with the pattern of diet and low levels of physical activity.
This tendency may be related to the progressive changes in the consumption of traditional diet as the country becomes developed with increased consumption of processed foods, especially rich in saturated fats, low in dietary fibre (2, 11).
Several studies shown that the Mediterranean diet is associated with significantly lower risk of CHD and aterosklerosis. Despite having a rather high proportion of the calories supplied by fats and oil (mainly olive oil) in their diets people from Mediterranean countries have very low incidence of CHD (12-16).
Current recommended high carbohydrate, low fat diets increase triglycerides (TG) and lower HDL-C concentration (13). For this reaseon many authers have suggested that MUFA can be used as a replacement for carbohydrate and nuts are the good source of MUFA.
So far, five large prospective cohort studies (the Adventist Health Study, the Nurses Healty Study, the Physicans' Healty Study, the low a Women Health Study and CARE Study) have examined the relation between nut consumption and the risk of CHD and all have found and inverse association (17). In addition, several clinical studies have observed beneficial effects of diets high in nuts on blood lipids (17-22).

Most fats in nuts are mono and polyunsaturated fatty acids that lower low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) level. Also important is that nuts are the good source of some nutrients (calcium, copper, magnesium, plant sterols, phytochemicals, fibre, vitamin E....) other than fat play an important role in preventing or promoting atherosclerosis by changing blood levels of cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and triglycerides (TG) (18-24).
Among the nut species, hazelnuts play a major role in human nutrition and health, because of their special composition of fat (mainly oleic acid) protein, carbohydrate, vitamins, minerals, dietary fibre and other nutrients (Table 1,2) (20,22).
Table 1: Energy and Nutrients Content of Hazelnut
Hazelnut (per 100 g)
Energy (kcal) 634-641
Protein (g) 12.6-19.6
Fat(g) 62.4-62.6
Carbohydrate (g) 16.7-11.9
Iron(mg) 3.4-4.99
Magnesium (mg) 146.6-184.0
Zinc (mg) 2.04
Calcium (mg) 127.6-209
Phosphor (mg) 337
Sodium (mg) 0.28-2.0
Potasium (mg) 456.4-704.0
Vitamin B i (mg) 0.33
Vitamin B2 (mg) 0.12-0.16
Vitamin B6 (mg) 0.24-0.7
Vitamin E (mg) 31.4
Source : Richardson DG, Acta Harticorturae No: 445, 1997

HEALTY, SAFETY & SECURITY

Food
 Visitors to El Salvador are at risk of gastrointestinal illnesses. Careful attention to the choice of food and beverages helps reduce the risks. Most well known restaurants in El Salvador serve safe food and beverages. As in any part of the world, common sense must prevail.
 Hot food should be eaten hot, and cold food should be cold. Meat should be well cooked.
 Avoid raw salads, shellfish, unpeeled fruits, food prepared with mayonnaise, and desserts made with creams and custards.
 Milk and milk products should be avoided unless you know they have been pasteurized and are fresh.
 We recommend you do not eat ANY food from street stands.
 The cooks at the Crispaz Guest House are aware of the proper measures to avoid gastrointestinal illnesses and will clean and cook all food accordingly.

Drink
 Tap water is not considered potable. Commercially available water bottled in El Salvador has been judged safe for consumption. Filtered water at Centro Loyola is safe.
 When buying a drink from a street vendor, it is safer to buy only bottled or canned drinks that are considered safe. Avoid juices or liquids with ice.
 Freezing does not make water safe. Avoid ice cubes unless you know they have been made from potable water. All the reputable restaurants in El Salvador use ice from commercial sources and it is considered safe.
 Remember to drink a lot of water, as your body will need more in this climate.

Infectious Disease
We recommend the following vaccines (please see your doctor 4-6 weeks before your trip to allow time for immunizations to take effect):
• Hepatitis A or immune globulin (IG).
• Typhoid.
• As needed, booster doses for tetanus-diphtheria and measles.
• Hepatitis B vaccine is now recommended for all infants and for children ages 11–12 years who did not receive the series as infants.
We recommend you look at the CDC web site concerning El Salvador (www.cdc.gov/travel/camerica.htm).

TRAVELER’S DIARRHEA: Most physicians recommend carrying eight to ten cipro 500 mg. or bactrim ds tablets in case of traveler’s diarrhea. The dose is one tablet twice daily in case of diarrhea. Cipro is probably better than bactrim but is much more expensive. Cipro can also make one more sensitive to the sun. Imodium AD can be purchased over the counter and will help to stop diarrhea though it will not cure an intestinal infection. It can be taken with the antibiotics. Pepto-Bismol tablets are also helpful in case of diarrhea and for general stomach upset. The best way to avoid diarrhea is to watch what you eat (see above).

SAFETY

Automobile and Pedestrian Safety
Stay alert crossing streets and intersections especially after dark. Pedestrians DO NOT have the right of way and Salvadoran drivers will not slow down or stop. Use seat belts in both rear and front seats.

Public Transportation
The delegation will travel by private micro-bus. You don’t need to worry about public transportation.

Buses: Buses are safe during the day and cost between 1.5 - 2.00 Colones. However, avoid overcrowded buses as they make easier targets for robberies. Casa participants are not allowed to take public buses or micro-buses after dark. If you need to travel after dark (and it must be with a companion) use only Taxis (and never alone). If you feel a bus is going too fast (or that the driver is racing with another bus), we encourage you to change buses. Trust your instinct when it comes to safety on public transportation - you can never be too cautious.

Taxis: In general, it is safe to take taxis at any time during the day or evening (although Casa participants must be accompanied by another person if taking taxis after dark). The average rate for a taxi ride (within San Salvador) is 35 Colones (although drivers will always ask for more).

Safety
Although El Salvador is known for its high crime rate, one can avoid most risks/dangers if a few guidelines are followed. To ensure the safety of each delegation member certain guidelines regarding safety must be followed.

Do not travel or walk on the streets alone at night (regardless of what part of the city you are in or how far you need to travel). In general, please stay with the group.
$ Do not take public transportation (public buses or micro-buses) after dark.
$ When taking a taxi at night, always travel with a companion.
$ Avoid carrying large amounts of money with you.
$ Do not wear flashy jewelry (especially anything gold) and keep your watch in your pocket when you are traveling.
$ Always carry your bag next to you, or your wallet in your front pocket.
$ If confronted, do not protest and resist but give your assailants whatever they ask for. Nothing is worth your life or getting injured and many assailants are willing to use their weapons with little or no provocation.
$ Often times it is better to give a dollar to someone who is asking rather than have a confrontation.
$ Do not make yourself and easy target, walk fast and know where you are going, use well-lit streets, do not frequent places where problems are likely to happen.
$ Overall, use common sense and everything will be fine.

Other
$ to prevent fungal and parasitic infections, keep feet clean and dry, and do not go barefoot.
$ Wash hands often with soap and water; traveling with a small bottle of anti-bacteria liquid is a good idea.
$ It is recommended that you not pet or handle animals (especially dogs and cats) so that you avoid bites and serious diseases.

SEPTEMBER HEALTHY TIPS

SEPTEMBER HEALTHY TIPS
A Healthy Tiger is a Cool Cat

Tuesday, Sept 4
September is “5 A Day” month. This September celebrate healthy eating with colorful fruits and vegetables. Try to eat 5 fruits or vegetables every day.

Wednesday, Sept 5
Have fun fueling your body every day with colorful fruits and vegetables. Remembering the rainbow makes it easy to get the colorful variety of fruits and vegetables you need every day. How colorful will your lunch plate be today?

Thursday, Sept 6
Apples taste terrific that’s for sure but there are more reasons to eat them than just their flavor. They actually help keep you strong and healthy so that you can do all the things you want to do - like play sports, have fun, and climb apple trees.

Friday, Sept 7
Carrots were one of the earliest vegetables grown by man. Doctors say that carrots improve vision, especially at night because of the high level of vitamin A.

Monday, Sept 10
Potatoes are an excellent source of vitamin C, niacin, potassium and dietary fiber. They are also a good source of carbohydrate which gives you energy for physical activity.

Tuesday, Sept 11
Don’t forget to EAT YOUR COLORS TO STAY HEALTHY AND FIT!
It’s important to get a colorful variety of fruits and vegetables into your diet every day! Why? Because colorful fruits and vegetables provide the wide range of vitamins and minerals your body needs to maintain good health and energy levels

Wednesday, Sept 12
Did you know that carrots are King of Vegetables? They’re one of the most widely eaten foods on the Planet and everyone likes them, especially vegetarians.

Thursday, Sept 13
Lettuce is an excellent vegetable to eat. The darker the lettuce leaf the more nutritious it is.

Friday, Sept 14
Beans are good source of fiber and rich in vitamin C and vitamin A. Vitamin A helps you see in the dark and makes your bones strong and healthy.

Monday, Sept 17
Oranges are one of the most popular fruits in the world. When buying them don’t be fooled into thinking a partly green orange isn’t ripe. These are actually the ripest oranges. They change color from orange to green after plenty of sunshine.

Tuesday, Sept 18
Bananas have twice as much vitamin C as apples, pears and grapes. They also have natural fruit sugars which give you fast bursts of energy - that’s why athletes don’t leave home without them.

Wednesday, Sept 19
Watermelon is so good. The darker the color of the watermelon, the greater the quantity of vitamin A. It’s also a good source of vitamin C.

Thursday, Sept 20
Remember…. This September celebrate healthy eating with colorful fruits and vegetables.

Friday, Sept 21
Try a potato today. Contrary to popular belief they’re not all fattening and unhealthy. It’s only when they’re made into chips, fries or crisps, or served with sour cream, butter or margarine that they become fattening and unhealthy.

Monday, Sept 24
Pineapples were given their name because an explorer thought they looked like a pine cone. European explorers discovered them almost 500 years ago. Once picked, they don’t get any riper. They do become juicier yet not sweeter once they are harvested. Enjoy your pineapple slices today.

Tuesday, Sept 25
Squash is an excellent source of vitamin C and dietary fiber.

Wednesday, Sept 26
Citrus fruits like grapefruit, oranges, and tangerines have lots of vitamin C. So eat lots of juicy citrus fruits every day.

Thursday, Sept 27
You probably know by now that fruits and vegetables have vitamins A, and C and fiber. But did you know they also contain "phytochemicals?" That’s a big word that’s easy to say! It's pronounced "FIGHT-O-CHEMICALS." Phytos give fruits and vegetables their bright colors. They also work with vitamins and minerals to keep your body healthy.

Friday, Sept 28
Remember to eat 5 fruits and vegetables every month and not just in September. Fruits and veggies taste great! Plyometric exercises are effective for improving strength and vertical jump performance. However they also carry a high risk of injury due to the large ground reaction forces. This study has focused on the functional importance of nitric oxide (NO), ROS (reactive oxygen species) and antioxidants that exert complex effects on muscle contraction and creatine kinase (CK) as an indicator of muscle damage after plyometric exercise with different type of loading in subjects. Subjects were divided randomly into three groups; first group was plyometric training group with own body weight (own body weight)(n=7), second group was plyometric training group with extra load on leg (sandbag)(10% body mass)(n=7), third group was plyometric training group with special load vests (load vest)(10% body mass)(n=7). Subjects in each training group trained 3 days per week, during 8 weeks. Data were analyzed by repeated measure analysis of variance. Difference of the mean values of the same group’s samples was tested by Duncan test. p0.01 values were accepted as significant. The result of this study indicated that chronic plyometric exercise for 8 weeks with special load vest are useful depending on the findings that the lowest level of the thiobarbituric acid-reactive substances (TBARS;lipid peroksidation) and total sulfhydryl (RSH) groups than the other groups (p0.01) and decreased CK levels in vivo. The results suggest that chronic plyometric exercise for 8 weeks with special load vest are useful depending on the findings that the lowest level of the TBARS and RSH than the other groups and decreased CK levels in vivo.

Keywords: stretch-shorten cycle exercises, muscle damage, lipid peroxidation
Introduction

The ultimate goal for any athlete or coach is improvement in performance. The application of scientific principles to improve athletic performance has received greater attention over the last several decades (Brown et al., 1986). The use of various training methods to improve muscular function is widespread in society (Wilson et al., 1996).
Plyometric or stretch-shorten cycle exercises have been popular in sport training since many years. Plyometric training in the form of dynamic depth jumps, where an individual steps off a box 20 to 80cm in height and performs an explosive vertical jump, has been reported to enhance an individual’s abilty to rapidly develop force (Hakkınen et al., 1985; Wilson et al., 1996).
Plyometric exercises are effective for improving strength and vertical jump performance. Also it is commonly used by athletes in training for short duration, high intensity activities. It is sometimes performed with additional load in the form of a weighted vest to increase the resistance offered to the lower limb musculature in jumping vertically (Fowler et al.,1994). However they also carry a high risk of injury due to the large ground reaction forces (Bobbert., 1990; Fowler et al., 1998).
Creatine kinase (CK) is an enzyme that is generally associated with ATP generation in contractile or transport systems. Its predominate physiologic function occurs in muscle cells. Activity of the intracelluler enzyme CK in blood plasma or serum is increased after muscle damage (Lott et al., 1980; Schwane et al., 1983). Plasma CK activity may also be elevated postexercise (Schwane et al., 1983).
Nitric oxide is a free radical which is produced in biological systems. While serving in various physiological periods such as the control of blood pressure, neurotransmission, learning and memory in low concentrations, it is a defendant cytotoxin in high concantration. In healty people exercise improves the adaptation systems which enhance the NO utilization biologically by way of various mechanisms, including NOS enzyme expression and increased activity (Reid, 1998) In such adaptations, It probably provides exercise capacity and protection from cardiovascular disease. The disorders in NO systems may lead to the limitation of the exercise capacity via metabolic effects and the deterioration of coronary or peripheral blood circulation.
During exercise, blood flow is elevated, particularly in coronary and the skeletal circulations, because of increases in metabolic demand (Wang et al., 1993). While the whole body oxygen consumption increases 10-20fold during exercise, the oxygen supply into the muscle fibres increases 100-200fold. The probable result of this is the increased production of mitocondrial superoxide radicals. Therefore heavy exercise increases free radical formation and lipid peroxidation within the skeletal muscle, liver and blood (Dillaro et al., 1978; Davies et al., 1982; Radak et al., 1997; Vasankari et al., 1997; Alessıo et al., 1998).
Exercise suggested as a form of oxidative stress in the organisms and hence the balance between prooxidants and antioxidants may alter. During exercise, the degree of oxidative damage is determined in association with free radical formation as well as the defense capacity of antioxidants (Jı et al., 1999).
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the functional importance of NO, ROS and antioxidants that exert complex effects on muscle contraction and CK as an indicator of muscle damage after plyometric exercise with 3 different type of loading protocols in subjects.

THE HEALTHY LUNCH DAY KIT

This kit includes

Newsletter articles
These two articles can be used in the school newsletter to announce the date of Healthy Lunch Day and the identity of your guest speaker.

Media release
A media release announcing the Healthy Lunch Day at your school. All the people want to be healty. To be healthy (to keep fit) we should: respect the daily routine: the best is to go to bed not too late, and to get up early; eat clean food only; wash hands before eating; visit the dentist regulary and the physician if any part of the body hurts (is in pain, if you feel ache), and if you caught cold. If you have a headache, you don’t have to visit the doctor, but you can take an aspirin.
If I catch cold, I go to health center where I see a phyusician. The doctor usually asks if my throat hurts, he examines my lungs, feel the pulse, asks for how many time do I have this illness, he prescribes me some medicine, and soon I recover.
Many people have toothache, so they go to the dentist. They book the visit forehand. Sometimes, doctors find caveties, sometimes they have to make X-rays.

A HEALTY EYE

Jesus has been talking to His disciples about having the proper priorities in life. He had told them that their chief concern should not be storing up treasures for themselves on this earth. But that their chief concern should be storing up heavenly treasures, or in other words their chief concern should be doing the will of God. He makes a very profound statement saying that where your treasure is, there will be your heart also. He is saying that our heart will follow after what we deem to be most important in life.

I believe that’s what God would have us center on this morning. We kind of touched on that last week when God brought us the message on “One Thing;” The one thing that we would consider being the most important in our life. Prayerfully, you all remember that the first point in our “One Thing” sermon was that God is suppose to be our number one priority once we have made a claim to salvation. Let me stop here for a moment. Before I can continue in our topic for today, I need to back up a little bit. I need to let you know what it means to be saved, what it means to give your life to Christ, what it means to be born-again.

When you asked Jesus to forgive your sin and to come into your heart and to save you, at that moment you were suppose to be making a decision to turn your back on your old way of life. When you were baptized that was a symbol of dying to your old sinful nature and rising again to live through the power of God nature that has now been placed inside of you. When you decided to ask Jesus into your heart it was a decision that from that point on you would live for and walk with Jesus. You say, ‘what does it mean to walk with Jesus?’ The decision to walk with Jesus is not so much a mental one as it is a yielding of the heart to God’s plan for our lives. (repeat) (comment – H.S. – not a mental assent)

So many people have made a profession of faith in Jesus; they want to escape hell’s fire, but they have not yielded their heart to God’s plan for their lives. Most people, who have made a claim of faith, want to make their own plans and then ask God to bless them. After we are saved we need to yield our heart to God’s plan for our lives. God has a plan and a purpose for each and every one of us, and we have to yield daily to that plan.

So the question can be asked, ‘why is it that so many people who go by the Name of Christ are not yielding their hearts to God’s plan for their lives. I believe the answer can be found in vs. 22 “The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, the whole body shall be full of light.” You say, Pastor, what does that mean? Have you ever heard the expression that the ‘eyes are the window of the soul?’ What the eyes look on is what is placed inside of a person. What the eyes see is what causes a person to act or to react. Jesus says if your eye be ‘single,’ or your eye be ‘sound,’ or your eye be ‘healthy,’ your whole body will be full of light.

In Scripture God talks about two types of eyes/sight, physical eyes and spiritual eyes. One of the reasons that so many Christian have not yielded their hearts to God’s plan for their lives is because they can only see with their physical eyes. They have not yet developed their spiritual eyes. Let’s take this same verse and paraphrase it a little bit. “The light of the body is the spiritual eye: if your spiritual eye is healthy, your whole body shall be full of light/the light of Christ.” (remember Jesus said “I am the light of the world.) The reason so many people who go by the Name of Christ aren’t living anything is because their spiritual eye is not healthy, it can’t see properly!

Look at vs. 23 “But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!” An eye that is evil is covetous, always looking at what someone else has and wanting it for themselves. An evil eye is never satisfied, they are always trying to get more and more. An evil eye is always complaining about their circumstances, they hold grudges and aren’t able to focus on the goodness of the Lord. An evil eye is always apprehensive and fearful of losing what they have acquired. An evil eye is hard-hearted, never wanting to help someone else and close-minded to the needs of others. God says that if your eye is evil your whole body is full of darkness. That shows us that the eye gives entrance to the mind.

What a person looks at is what he thinks about, and what he thinks about is what he actually becomes. God tells us in His Word, that ‘as a person thinks, so is he.” An evil eye is one that has been blinded by Satan. As Christians, God is requiring us to make a conscience decision to walk with Christ and to follow His will for our lives. But so many Christian are walking around spiritually blind because of what they allow their eyes to center on, what they allow their eyes to linger on. When you allow your eyes to linger too long on something, your action will soon follow.

For an example think about David and Bathsheba. She was in her private bath house, taking a bath. David was on lounging on his roof garden. All of a sudden he looks down and sees this beautiful woman taking a bath. You know the story, how because he was the king he summoned her. Had sexual relations with her, she got pregnant. He murdered her husband trying to hide his dastardly deed. Why did all this happen? Because he allowed his eyes to linger on her to long until lust took over. And his action soon followed what he allowed to enter into his mind. (comments – H.S.)

Being saved is not just escaping hell; it is living and following Christ all the days of your life. It is making a conscience decision to yield to his direction for your life. And to do that you must develop healthy eyes – you need to learn to see with your spiritual eyes and not just with your physical eyes. For an example of seeing with your spiritual eyes and not just with your physical – turn to 2 Kings 6:14-17 “Therefore sent he thither horses, and chariots, and a great host: and they came by night and compassed the city about. And when the servant of the man of God was risen early, and gone forth, behold, an host compassed the city both with horses and chariots. And his servant said unto him, Alas, my master? How shall we do? And he answered, fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them. And Elisha prayed, and said, Lord, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the Lord opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha. (comments – H.S.) Before the young man could only see through his physical eyes, but then God opened his spiritual eyes!

God wants your spiritual eyes to be opened as well. You may be thinking ‘how is that going to help me, you don’t know the circumstances that are going on in my life.’
Turn to Eph. 1:18 “The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may KNOW what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints. God is saying that He wants our spiritual eyes to be opened so that we can know the hope that we have been called to. So that we can know the hope that belongs to us in Christ Jesus; So that we never have to walk around feeling helpless and hopeless. But it also says that He wants our spiritual eyes to be open so that we know the riches of our inheritance is in Him.

You ask – ‘what riches is God talking about?’ I believe these next verses sums it up – vs. 19-20 “And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to usward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places.” God is showing us that the riches that belong to us is the power of God in the lives of those who believe. Now this is not just some wimpy power, but it is God’s GREAT power. The same power that God used to raise Jesus from the dead and sat Him down at His own right hand! That same power belongs to each and every believer that has their spiritual eyes open so that they can see. That same power is available to every one of you who have healthy eyes.

You say Pastor, how do I develop spiritual eyes/sight. The answer is simple – you all know the answer but I will tell you any way. We develop spiritual eyes through prayer and through studying the Word for our lives and then yielding to the promptings of the Holy Spirit in our lives. When you have a decision or a choice to make – you pray and ask God ‘is this what you would have me to do, etc.’ Then you listen to the voice of God. And then you do it! When you ask God for His direction, you look at what doors He opens for you and which doors He closes. When you ask God for direction, you should never listen to a voice that tells you to go contrary to the Word of God. This is how you develop spiritual eyes. This is how you develop healthy eyes. This is how you follow the direction and will of God every day of your life. The question for you this morning is ‘do you have healthy eyes, or are you still walking around in the dark?’

avian influenza

The analysis of using crisis communication activities in media and bioethics perspective towards avian influenza (bird flu): a content analysis over turkish press

The Avian Influenza (Bird Flu) is one of the most important pandemic diseases that threaten world health. In Turkey, Bird Flu crisis first appeared on 7th October of 2005 morning in Kızıksa in Manyas Bird Paradise from which turkeys died due to bird flu and the area was taken under quarantine immediately. Like other countries; the media is still inalienable part of the crisis communication activities and impressing and shaping public opinion in Turkey. The aim of this article is to investigate the positions of actors who were the source of this news by content analysis technique considering news and columnist writings between 8th-29th October 2005. Thus the aim is to understand crisis communication positions of the government and private sector firms, which produce poultry folks during the Bird Flu pandemic disease. The other aim of this article is to unearth and analyze relationships between media and bioethics perspectives. Basic assumption of the study is that the most effective news resources in the press during the crisis in Turkey are the governmental institutions. According to results, the government on pres mainly managed crisis communication activities. This position gives rise to one-sided constructed news. From this point of view, the news is discussed related to media ethics and bioethics perspectives
